Office Manager
GRC General Construction is hiring an Office Manager to join our growing team in Joplin, Missouri. We are looking for someone dependable, company in Joplin, Missouri. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in keeping communication clear, schedules organized, and office operations running efficiently for both customers and team members.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, answering phones, managing schedules, handling paperwork, and supporting construction operations behind the scenes. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized throughout the workday are important for success in this role. Experience in construction office management, scheduling, invoicing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Position Details
- Full-Time Position: This is a full-time office position with consistent scheduling and opportunities for long-term growth within the company. Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
- Scheduling & Customer Communication: The Office Manager will assist with answering calls, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, and helping coordinate active projects. Maintaining professionalism and clear communication is extremely important in this role.
- Administrative & Office Responsibilities: Daily responsibilities may include managing paperwork, organizing project files, assisting with invoices, handling office communication, and supporting overall company operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.
- Construction Industry Experience Preferred: Experience working in construction, contracting, or service-based businesses is preferred but not required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports active construction projects and field crews.

Compensation
