Master Electrician

GRC General Construction is hiring a licensed Master Electrician to join our growing team in Joplin, Missouri. We are looking for someone dependable, experienced, and flexible who is comfortable handling electrical work while also assisting with general construction projects when needed. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities available based on workload and project demand.

Position Details

• Full-time position with possible overtime: This is a full-time position with consistent scheduling and the opportunity for overtime depending on active projects and seasonal workload. Team members should be dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Must hold a valid Master Electrician license: Applicants must currently hold a valid Master Electrician license and have experience performing electrical work safely and according to code requirements. Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems is highly preferred.
• Flexible role with construction involvement beyond electrical work: This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and comfortable assisting with other construction-related tasks when needed. Projects may involve collaboration with multiple crews across remodeling, additions, renovations, and new construction jobs.
• Residential and commercial project experience preferred: Candidates with experience working on both residential and commercial projects are encouraged to apply. The ability to adapt to different job site environments and handle a variety of electrical tasks is important for this role.

Compensation

This position offers competitive compensation with starting pay up to $32 per hour based on experience, skill level, licensing, and overall qualifications.
